We have invested in technology to improve the service we offer our clients.
- We have a secure ‘Landlord login’ area where landlords can view various documents relating to their properties including tenancy agreements, scanned invoices from suppliers, EPCs and gas safety certificates for example.
- We use the Fixflo app to allow our tenants to report a problem at their property. They can do this from a smartphone or tablet and it allows them to submit photos and specific details of the issue which are then recorded on our repair and maintenance schedule. This gives tenants peace of mind their issue is being attended to and gives us a record of the exact problem so there is no wasted call out.
- We use Touchright to improve the quality of our inspection reports. This allows us to generate detailed reports of our properties, upload photos so any issues can be clearly conveyed to a landlord, and also any issues linked to Fixflo so they can be dealt with in a time-efficient manner.
- We use Goodlord to maintain a high quality standard of dealing with new applicants and processing of their offers. This app ensures this process is dealt with very quickly and in a transparent manner for us, the tenants and the landlord.
