As part of our full management service, we conduct regular property inspections with interactive reports sent electronically to the landlord. This allows us to highlight any issues before they become critical and also to communicate effectively with landlords on areas where we may need to schedule refurbishment work at a later date.
Through our team of qualified staff and strong relationships with a number of high quality building firms we are able to offer a full refurbishment service. This service allows our landlords to unlock value in their properties and generate higher rents in a timely and hassle free manner.
Our tenants are given access to the PG Estates maintenance app which they can download on their tablets and smart phones. This allows them to email an issue to our management department and also include any relevant other details, such as make and model of an appliance for example, or photos and when access is allowed. Our team will then contact the appropriate trades person and the whole time an audit trail is kept to ensure the problem is dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Good local contractors
By using PG Estates’ management service you gain access to an extensive network of local, inexpensive and knowledgeable contractors. All our contractors subscribe to our code of practice which means they will turn up at a time agreed, leave the property in good order at the end of the job and conduct themselves in a professional manner. As we have good, long-standing relationships with our contractors we can ensure we obtain the best prices for our clients and that they avoid unnecessary call out and emergency charges.

Complimentary maintenance between tenancies
To ensure the property is maintained, lettings voids are minimised and there are no issues which may invalidate our landlord’s insurance.
We collect the rent for most of the properties we let. We pride ourselves on the almost zero level of rent arrears we have (far below the industry norm). If however, a tenant does fall behind, we are aware of this immediately and begin a process of chasing the payment. We find that in most cases there is an innocent mistake the tenants make a same transfer or we can take payment over the phone.
Income & expenditure statements
For our managed clients we are able to produce year end income and expenditure statements which can then be included in your tax return saving you time and money.
